    Program Overview

    1. Time Commitment:
      • One-to-one: 3 hours per week/ 2-hours per week / 1.5 hours per week / 1 hour per week (offered year-around)
      • Group Program 1: 7-Week sessions, 2.5 hours per week, Mondays 10/26/2020 - 12/07/2020 (10:00 AM - 12:30 PM)
      • Group Program 2: 6-Week sessions, 2.5 hours per week on Saturdays 11/17/2020 - 12/12/2020 (10:00 AM - 12:30 PM)

    2. Student to Teacher Ratio:
      • One-to-one Program: 1 student and 1 instructor
      • Small Group Program: Minimum of 3 students and a maximum of  12 students.

    3. Program Includes:
      • One-to-one Program: Pre and post assessments, 8 practice tests, 3 hour/ 2 hour/ 1.5 hour or 1 hour classroom sessions.
      • Group Programs - Pre and post assessments, 8 practice tests and 2.5 hour classroom sessions.
      • Curriculum workbooks included.

    4. Location: 
      • All group sessions are held at our campus location (946 Washington St., Dorchester)
      • One-to-one sessions have the option of being held at our office, or off-site (i.e. library, community center, in-home) or online (from your computer).
  • ACLC’s ASVAB prep boot camp is a rigorous program geared at preparing candidates interested in enlisting in the military. This prep program will focus on the Armed Forces Qualification Test (AQFT) section of the ASVAB exam which includes: Word Knowledge(WK), Paragraph Comprehension(PC), Arithmetic Reasoning(AR) and Mathematics Knowledge(MK). The course will cover content and test-taking strategies and is taught by experienced teachers.

    We update our curriculum when necessary to reflect any changes/updates that may occur in preparation for the exam.
